The Future of Work fund provides student finance in Sub-Saharan Africa through Income Share Agreements. The fund offers loans to students to cover the cost of courses which are aligned to job markets in their respective countries. These loans are then repaid with interest through a portion of the graduate’s income when they reach a minimum income threshold.
