Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We have designed the site to collect as little personal information as possible.

Who we are
This website, ceniarthllc.com, is operated by Ceniarth, LLC (“Ceniarth”, “we”, “us”). We are an impact-first, single-family office. This policy applies to information collected through this website. It does not cover any separate, private interactions you may have with us as an investee, partner, or service provider, which are handled under our direct agreements with you.
The information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you submit so that we can read and respond to your enquiry. If you sign up for updates using the newsletter form in our footer, we collect the email address you provide so that we can send you those updates. You only provide this information if you choose to.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and the general types of devices and browsers people use. This analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. It records coarse, aggregated data such as page views, referring sites, device and browser type, and the country a visit comes from (derived from your IP address, which is not itself stored by the analytics). In addition, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and timestamps) for security and to keep the site running reliably.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. We may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies only if they are required for core functionality (for example, by our hosting provider). Embedded content from other services — see “Other websites and embedded content” below — may set its own cookies once you interact with it.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form.
- To send you updates, if you have signed up to receive them.
- To understand and improve how the website is used, in aggregate.
- To keep the site secure, available, and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site. They process information only on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides the cookieless Web Analytics described above.
- Web3Forms — delivers our contact-form and newsletter-signup submissions to us by email. When you submit one of those forms, the information you entered is sent to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our inbox; it is not used for any other purpose.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site; your browser requests these from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- YouTube (Google) — provides the video embedded on our Our History page; see below.
Other websites and embedded content
Our pages contain links to other websites (for example, our LinkedIn page and the sites of our partners and investees). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Our Our History page also embeds a YouTube video; when the page loads or you play the video, YouTube may receive information about you, including your IP address, in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy.
Legal bases for processing (UK/EU visitors)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you ask to receive updates — which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the site and keeping it secure (balanced against your rights); and taking steps at your request when you contact us about a potential relationship.
How long we keep information
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it — for example, to handle your enquiry or for as long as you wish to receive updates — and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligations. Aggregated analytics data is retained on a rolling basis by our analytics provider.
International transfers
Our providers, including Vercel and Google, may process data on servers located in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
